This delicious green chia smoothie is full of goodness and one of my favorites. It's thick, rich, and creamy, and it is a perfect way to start your morning. It will keep you energized for a while!



  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened plant based milk (I used ripple milk )
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 frozen banana (peeled and broken into pieces)
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunk
  • 4-5 pieces pitted dates
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 Tablespoon amla powder
  • 1 Tbls coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)


Place the spinach, dates, amla, chia seed, hemp powder, coconut oil, turmeric, and 1 cup of milk into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the mango, banana, ice cubes (if using them), and the rest of the milk, and blend them again until nice and smooth.

You can adjust the thickness of the smoothie by adding more or less milk.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
