1 cup frozen cherries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 tablespoon agave syrup

3/4 to 1 cup coconut water

Directions

Pour all of them into the blender and blend them until nice and smooth. Pour it into a glass and enjoy!
