This quick and easy broccoli recipe is healthy and kid-friendly! They’re perfect dinner side dishes, or snack on and a great way to add some extra veggies to your day! 4 cups broccoli and cauliflower 2 cups mixed carrots, sliced 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp garlic and onion spice blend 1/2 tsp dry oregano 2 tsp water (if needed) Place a large skillet or pan over medium heat. When the skillet gets hot (about a minute), add the oil, minced garlic, garlic onion spice blend, and oregano. Saute until fragrant, but not burn (about a minute). Add the veggies, stir them well, then add the salt and paper mix them and cook for about 3 minutes. At this point, if it is too dry, add the water. Turn the heat down to low, cover and let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes, or until they are just tender but crispy and bright colors. YUM Serve them as a side dish or snack. Enjoy!
