Easy Scrambled Eggs
This is an easy, delicious and moist scrambled eggs recipe. It doesn't take anytime at all, and it is part off our go to breakfast that anyone of my family members including kids can make. Some of us like to add cheese and others without cheese. YUM!
Ingredients
5 EGGS
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Shredded cheese (optional)
salt and pepper
Directions
Break the eggs into a medium bowl, add water, salt and pepper. (I used about 1/8 tsp salt and a 1/8 tsp of pepper. Beat them together until blended.
Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat, then add the olive oil and butter.
Pour in the egg mixture. When the eggs begin to set, using a heatproof spatula, gently pull the eggs to the center of the pan forming soft curds. (Add the cheese if using) Continually moving the eggs with the spatula every 5 to 10 seconds. Cook just until eggs are set about 1 ½ to 3 minutes.
Serve it while is hot.
Enjoy!
