Tropical Chocolate Mocha Protein Shake
This protein shake is loaded with delicious tropical flavor, nutrients, and is perfect for busy mornings. You can make ahead by using freezer bags. In the morning or anytime, you just add the liquid along with your fruit and dry ingredients. BLEND!
½ cup frozen pineapple, cubed ½ cup frozen mango, cubed 1 banana, sliced ½ scoop gluten free protein shake powder 1 Tablespoon shredded coconut (Unsweetened or sweetened) ½ scoop gluten free chocolate protein powder 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder 1 cup ripple milk (or your choice of milk) 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)Ingredients
Add all ingredients into a blender, blend on high speed until smooth. If too thick, add more milk, if too thin, add some ice. Garnish with whipped cream and some shredded coconut! (optional) Enjoy!Directions
