Easy Chocolate Fudge
This fudge is easy, delicious and fast to make. Adding the coffee and salt increases the flavor of the chocolate and makes this one delicious!
12 ounce (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Depending on how thin or thick you want the fudge, pick a smaller or larger pan.
Line your pan with parchment paper. (I used 7×4 pan.)
Put the condensed milk, chocolate, butter, espresso and salt in a medium sauce pan over low heat. Stir frequently, until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
Remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Immediately pour chocolate into prepared pan and spread evenly and sprinkle with the sprinkles, if desired (I did)
Allow it to cool completely until firm, for few ours or refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
